Bob also encountered Andrew Carnegie who attempted to borrow money from him. Walking the Antonine Wall in Falkirk. The Falkirk Wheel which is designed to connect the two canals that cross central Scotland. Since the canals are at different levels, a series of locks used to connect them.

Now the wheel rotates and lifts or lowers the canal boats. The Glenkinchie Distillery near Haddington. We toured and saw the stills in which the single malt is distilled. The Bridge Inn at Ratho and the canal boats moored there.
